Conveniently located between Sowerby Bridge, Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge, you can enjoy ample walking and cycling direct from the door, with easy access to local village amenities. The garden is a particular delight, and inside, the cottage has been finished to a beautifully high standard throughout with the added benefit of underfloor heating and a wood burner. The owners have conscientiously provided a large fridge/freezer with a water dispenser to cut down on plastic bottle use, and the property features solar panels and a wind turbine, to lower the carbon footprint.
