The Gables was built in 2020 and has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard by the owners offering both couples and families a holiday retreat whilst being ideally located to explore all that the North York Moors has to offer. This mid-terraced cottage benefits from an enclosed south facing garden which you access from the living area through French doors giving you a perfect place for an al fresco breakfast or an evening meal, as well as the all-important private parking for two cars to the front of the property.

The property is set over two levels. On the ground floor you have a comfortable, stylish open plan living space which is perfect for socialising. The kitchen/dining space is well presented, well equipped and has plenty of room for food preparation and dining space. On the first floor you have three good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed along with a smart TV. You can explore the stunning North York Moors National Park, which is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks, including the very popular Rievaulx Abbey. Nearby towns within 24 miles include Malton, Pickering, Thirsk, and York. If you fancied a day at the beach Scarborough and Whitby are only approximately a 50-minute drive away.
