First Floor:
Bedroom: With zip and link kingsize bed (can be 2ft 6in twin beds on request).
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet.

Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Lawned garden with garden furniture. On road parking. No smoking or e-cigarettes.

Halcyon Cottage is set in quaint hamlet, just a few minutes’ walk from Stocksbridge golf course, a few minutes’ drive from Stocksbridge itself; a fantastic town boasting great eateries and a recently renovated ’Fox Valley’ shopping centre, plus Bolsterstone which is also a great, idyllic, historical village to explore. Being within stunning countryside on the edge of the Peak District National Park, there are a variety of different walks directly from your doorstep or just a short drive away. The area also has bus and tram links to local trains.

The cottage is a 25-minute drive from Meadowhall, Sheffield and Huddersfield, and even nearer to the delightful Penistone, Holmfirth and Derbyshire.
You enter the cottage into the living room, with comfortable seating comprising of a sofa and armchair, and an electric wood burner to add a cosy ambience. The living room is open plan with the modern kitchen which has a lovely breakfast bar, the owner has also provided a fold out dining table with chairs should the guests prefer to use this.

The cottage has Wi-Fi, USB charging points and the TV has connections for BT and Netflix. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a kingsize bedroom, the bed can be made into twins upon request. Outside there is parking on the quiet road, The patio is a lovely, suntrap; also outside is a small lawned garden with outdoor furniture.
