Offering the perfect balance of countryside tranquillity and coastal adventure, this lodge is an ideal choice for guests looking to explore the Yorkshire coastline while enjoying a relaxing retreat.
Inside, the lodge features a bright and modern open-plan living space designed for comfort and ease. The dining area includes a table for four, perfect for shared meals, while the living area offers a comfortable sofa and armchair arranged around an electric fire, creating a cosy space to unwind after a day out. The well-planned layout makes it easy to relax together, whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening in or planning the next day’s adventures. The kitchen provides guests with the option to make meals to share if you prefer a cosy night in.
There are two bedrooms, including a spacious king-size room with a wardrobe, dressing table and a private en-suite bathroom.

A small twin bedroom provides additional sleeping accommodation, and there is also a separate toilet for added convenience.

The heart of Burniston village is just a 20-minute walk away, where you’ll find a friendly local pub serving hearty meals in a welcoming atmosphere. Walkers will be particularly drawn to the area, with the Cleveland Way running along the nearby clifftops, connecting Scarborough with Ravenscar, Robin Hood’s Bay and Whitby to the north, and Filey to the south.
Scarborough itself offers a classic seaside experience with its two beautiful bays, historic castle ruins, lively harbour, traditional amusements and the tranquil surroundings of Peasholm Park.

Filey is known for its long, sandy beach and relaxed seaside charm, making it ideal for gentle strolls and family days out. Robin Hood’s Bay is a picturesque former fishing village, famous for its steep, winding streets, hidden cottages and dramatic coastal scenery. Whitby is rich in history and character, with its busy harbour, excellent seafood, iconic abbey ruins and strong links to Captain Cook and Bram Stoker’s Dracula.
