Your enclosed garden is in an elevated position so you can really appreciate the scenery, and it is a haven for wildlife. Stepping inside, the kitchen is open plan with the dining area, making an inviting space where you can spend time creating meals to enjoy together. The adjoining living room has an Italian leather sofa and armchair beside the electric wood burner, and French doors opening out onto the patio. Upstairs you have two spacious bedrooms, both are spacious, are en-suite and have walk-in wardrobes.

Staithes View is in a delightfully secluded spot, with the delights of the North York Moors surrounding you. Goathland, Grosmont, Glaisdale, Egton Bridge and the lovely market town of Guisborough are all within easy reach, as is the heritage steam railway, now world-famous following the Harry Potter movies. For keen walkers there are many scenic walking trails to choose from, with the Cleveland Way giving you arguably the most breath-taking views in Yorkshire as you follow the cliff top footpath.

Less than 10 minutes away you have Scaling Dam, where you will find watersports to enjoy including sailing and paddleboarding.
There is an 18th-century coaching inn where you can enjoy meals and views over the reservoir, with a play area as well as an adventure golf course for younger family members.
