Here you can take in the beautiful scenery and experience the hospitality of this quaint seafaring town, with a host of attractions including a long golden beach as well as many independent shops and cafés. Add a touch of luxury to your stay by choosing All Aboard as your base, with views across the marina as well as down to the harbour mouth with the iconic abbey up on the headland.

This is an ideal spot for nature lovers, with herons, seals and even a kingfisher all residents of the riverbank. You can also see the heritage steam train from the windows as it chuffs its way to the station, taking guests on a scenic journey from the coast across the moorland of the surrounding National Park.

The apartment is lift served and all on one level inside, with the benefit of underground parking in a designated bay. Inside you are welcomed by beautiful decor flowing throughout, with high quality furnishings with a touch of nautical charm. The living area is open plan, boasting glass double doors opening out onto a Juliet balcony so that you can take in the delightful views. The kitchen is well equipped, with a central dining table where you can enjoy meals together. Enjoying your comfortable and cosy surroundings. There are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other with twin beds. They both have plenty of storage as well as high quality bed linen, ready to welcome you to a deep night’s sleep after a busy day exploring. The apartment is complete with a family bathroom with a rainforest shower over the bath.

For young families there is a small play area on site, or at high tide you can even go crabbing along the riverbank.

The town is immensely proud of its seafaring heritage, with legends of Vikings, smugglers and heroic life boat rescues. You can savour the freshly caught fish and seafood in a selection of award-winning restaurants. You will be spoilt for choice with the upmarket harbour-front dining, of lobster or mussels, as well as the local favourite - battered cod or haddock with chips. You can also hop on board a boat out of the harbour, for a day trip bouncing over the waves of the bracing North Sea. Take in the fresh sea air with a walk down the pier, watch the sunset and see what inspires so many photographers, artists and writers.
