This spacious ground floor apartment has been decorated to a good standard, with a mixture of traditional and contemporary features throughout. It provides the perfect base for exploring some of Whitby’s highlights, including the historic abbey, marina and 3 miles of golden beach. Take an open top tour bus around town or a stroll amongst the cobbled streets, or even a pleasure cruise out to sea for a perfect view of this part of the Heritage Coast.
The Abbey and St Mary’s church are perfectly positioned to give breathtaking views of the resort and out to sea, whilst the centre of town has an abundance of activities and amenities, restaurants and cafés.
There are also many events that take place all year round, such as the Goth Weekender, Whitby Regatta and the Bram Stoker Film Festival to name a few.
Robin’s Rest is also an ideal location to explore the Heritage Coast and its picturesque coastal resorts, such as Robin Hood’s Bay, Runswick Bay, Staithes and many more nestled into the coastline.
All of which take you back to when the coast was a haven for smugglers.
You can catch a steam train into the heart of the Yorkshire Moors, which is perfect for hikers and bikers. The medieval walled city of York and its many attractions is also just an hour’s drive away, boasting the Jorvik Viking Centre and National Railway Museum. Beach ¼ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yard
