Ousebank House is a modern townhouse located just moments from the heart of the historic city of York. Set over two floors, you enter the property on the ground floor which presents a well-equipped kitchen/dining area should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants close by. On the same floor you have a delightful living area with a comfy corner sofa and large smart TV giving you a perfect area to relax in. On the first floor you have two good sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. The first floor also boasts a lovely bathroom which offers a heated towel rail and shower over the bath.
To the rear of the property, you have a lovely, private Indian stoned patio area which is ideal to have a glass of fizz al fresco style in the warm summer months.
Another fantastic feature which this property has to offer is that it’s a stone’s throw from the River Ouse, giving you instant access to gorgeous walks any time of the year. Stylish decoration throughout, after being renovated by the owner, you will find a cosy and peaceful retreat to come back to after a day exploring what this truly perfect city has to offer.

Stroll along the cobbles down the world-famous Shambles or take one of the terrifying night-time ghost walks which are a must. This vibrant city is bursting at the seams with delightful restaurants, traditional inns serving real ales and a wide choice of teashops including the famous Betty’s Tea Rooms.
