Gorleston-on-sea, a lovely family focused traditional seaside resort, the house is a short walk from the sandy beach. This spacious family home boasts light, bright and stylish contemporary finish, thoughtfully prepared and equipped to offer a great holiday home. At rear is a lovely south facing patio with garden furniture. Standing opposite, and having commanding views of the harbour, an ideal spot to enjoy the arriving ships visiting Gorleston.
A short stroll away is the wonderful sandy beach and its amenities. Gorleston beach is a bay with a wide curving sandy beach with ramp access,a yacht pond, and children’s splashpad.

There are shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a local theatre, sailing club and amusements. The beach is dog friendly, and offers great walks along the promenade, on the beach and upper levels, or join the weekend park run along the prom.
For more lively seaside family fun, visit Great Yarmouth, with plenty to entertain, from amusements and arcades to circus shows. Why not have a day out at Pleasurewood Hills family theme park, located on the A47 between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft? Alternatively, golf clubs can be borrowed for any golfers wanting to play at the local Gorleston golf club.


Seeking shopping and culture? Then enjoy a visit to Norwich City, 40 minutes’ drive where you will be spoilt for shopping, a market square, a cathedral, castle museum, plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs.
The famous Norfolk Broads is just 30 minutes’ drive, a National Park with over 125 miles of waterways, abundant with bird and wildlife.
