Adventure awaits right outside the doorstep, with excellent walking with miles of sandy beach and the Coastal Path to explore. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll or an invigorating hike, there’s something for every level of outdoor enthusiast. The sandy beach is ideal for building sandcastles, swimming, body boarding, surfing, beachcombing, picnicking, and a great place for spotting the local seal colony swimming along the shoreline. Just a short stroll away is the village and its amenities. Having a children’s play area, two pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shop, café and an ice cream parlour.
Uninterrupted sea views can be enjoyed from almost every room, boasting open plan living accommodation, filled with natural light, perfect for relaxation and quality family time.

The conservatory offers comfy sofas and doors opening into the enclosed lawn garden. The equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, so whether you’re preparing family meals or a quick beachside picnic, it has everything you need. The adjacent dining area allows you to enjoy delicious meals together. You also have your very own bar, complete with bar stools. There are two bedrooms both with TV’s, one has direct access to the shower room, also with access from hallway. Outside is a wonderful seating terrace with an amazing sea view. Beyond the garden is a further large lawn area, shared by other properties owners on the private estate.
Nearby Bacton woods offers miles of trails and woodland adventures. Excellent walking, cycling, bird watching, and sea fishing are all available from doorstep. Having an ideal location to explore Norfolk with its traditional seaside resorts and the famous Norfolk Broads National Park.

Wroxham, capital of the Norfolk Broads National Park, here you can hire a day launch or join a cruise and watch the world drift by. Head west to Cromer and discover the unspoilt Edwardian seafront, promenade, and pier, or venture a little further and take a boat trip to see the seals (seasonal) or enjoy a spot of crabbing on Blakeney Quay. Head east and you’ll discover Great Yarmouth’s Golden Mile and all the fun of the fair. Enjoy a ride on the Bure Valley Railway from Wroxham and travel through the pretty Norfolk countryside to the bustling market town of Aylsham for a spot of shopping or lunch. With other attractions such as the tranquil Hickling Broad, Amazonia Zoo, BeWILDerwood, Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, North Norfolk Railway and the medieval city of Norwich all within easy reach you really will be spoilt for choice.
