From the moment you step inside from the shelter of a coaching tunnel entrance, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere of indulgence with the interior design being a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and timeless charm, dressed in plush furnishings, rich fabrics, and meticulously chosen decor pieces adorn every corner. The accommodation offers an open concept living space that seamlessly connects a cosy sitting area with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, a delight for any culinary enthusiast. The large bay window offers a great seating nook to enjoy. There are two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a large sumptuous super kingsize bed and the second, with pull-out double bed that is equally as comfortable.

Alongside this is a spacious bathroom with shower cubicle and vanity units with illumination, and contemporary fixtures completing the retreat. At the rear is a private enclosed courtyard garden, with comfy garden furniture making it the perfect spot for alfresco dining or relaxing while savouring a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
You can also enjoy leisurely strolls along the village streets or take a boat ride along the meandering waterways of the Norfolk Broads, and Horning village has three welcoming pubs located on the waterside with gardens, an ideal choice for a spot of lunch or an evening meal. There is also a village shop, popular fish restaurant, café and ice cream parlour close by to enjoy. Boat hire is also available nearby, which makes for an excellent way to explore the beauty of the Broads. Alternatively you can hire a bike and discover the pretty villages that surround the local area.


A 10-minute drive will take you into Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads, with its riverside cafés, restaurants, shops, mini model village and train station. From here you can jump on the Bure Valley Steam Railway, with the train stopping at mid station within the pretty waterside village of Coltishall, where you can jump off, or continue onto to the popular market town of Aylsham.
Seasonal fishing is also available on your doorstep and a licence will be required. Bewilderwood, with its tree walks, zip wires and more is just a short drive away. For a great family day out, Roar Dinosaur Park at Lenwade, Banham Zoo, Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens, and the seaside resort of Great Yarmouth are all within an hour’s drive. Alternatively, spend a day exploring the city of Norwich, a must for shopaholics, with its cathedral, castle museum, cafés and restaurants, and is only 11 miles away
