Beachwood has frontline sea views amongst a secluded woodland setting. The huge decking stretches to the cliff side with views onto the award-winning beach. Corton lies just outside Lowestoft, the most easterly point in the UK, and guests can enjoy stunning sunrises each morning. The beach is often deserted, which makes for relaxing walks in both summer and winter, and is accessed via a lovely short walk through the woods. There is a pub a short walk away which serves food. A 10-minute walk to the centre of the village, there is another pub serving food and a small shop which also sells newspapers. There is a huge selection of shops and supermarkets a few minutes drive away with lots of free parking. This detached lodge is ideally located to explore both Suffolk and Norfolk. Visit the Norfolk Broads National Park, with its southern gateway, Oulton Broad, just a short drive away, with fantastic restaurants, bars and nightlife. Lowestoft offers shopping, beaches, two traditional piers for family entertainment and restaurants offering good seafood. The popular town of Southwold is about 25-minute drive away. Beach 500 yards.
