The cottages offer spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to six people and are set overlooking a long, shared garden which abuts the salt water marshes of Brancaster Staithe and the North Sea. With stunning views out toward Scolt Head Island Nature Reserve, you have the opportunity to watch and enjoy the abundant bird and wildlife from within the cottage and from the garden.
Vista Cottage has a spacious living room with an original fireplace, 50" 4K UHD LED Freeview Smart TV and enjoys splendid views of the garden, marshes and out to sea. Access to the first floor is via the original cupboard staircase with traditional winding stairs, so may be unsuitable for some guests with limited mobility.
Within the garden is a summerhouse for the sole use of guests of Vista Cottage and an area equipped with garden furniture. The owners have equipped and designed Vista Cottage to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, however, if there is anything further they can help you with please ask. They live next door to the property and are always on hand with knowledge of the local area to enhance your holiday experience. Dale View has a cosy living room and a comfortable conservatory with views over the salt marsh. Access to the first floor is via traditional steep and narrow cottage stairs.
Located in the delightful village of Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is located within 400 yards of the village shop, petrol station, public house (with restaurant and extensive menu) and a fresh fish shop.

The ever popular village of Burnham Market is just 3 miles away with its range of shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, and also close by is the RSPB reserve at Titchwell, which is famous for its bird watching. Continue in this direction to the holiday resort of Hunstanton, 8 miles away, where you will find a funfair, amusement arcades, shops, restaurants and plenty of seaside fun for all the family.
