Situated in the very heart of the lovely old village of Parwich, it boasts a delightful pub set on picturesque village green with a church, village hall, playground and many pretty cottages. Parwich dates back to the Saxon times and has an air of peace and tranquillity about it. The local pub is a traditional country pub in the serving cask ales and delicious home cooked food. Not only is it a pub, but should you require your groceries, it serves as the village shop. The nearby Manifold River cutsa course through superb scenery and is a delight for both walkers and cyclists, with the ’Manifold Trail’ following the route of the old Leek to Manifold Light Railway.


Nearby is the pretty village of Ilam, the award-winning village of Alstonefield, and Brassington, while golf, horse riding, cycling and sailing are all available within 7 miles.
