A lovely, renovated country cottage where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. There are lovely walks along the riverbank straight from your cottage with miles of popular cycle routes to explore as well.
Superbly renovated, it is ideal for couples with a comfortable double bedroom. The family shower room is located on the first floor along with the bedroom. As well as living room with a cosy wood burner there is also a southwest facing conservatory to the front where you can relax and enjoy the view of the garden and the pond.

The modern kitchen has an induction hob, breakfast table and all the appliances you would expect including a coffee machine to provide that home from home feel. Outside to the rear is an enclosed mainly lawned garden, with a summerhouse and a decked area where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Ideal as a touring base for exploring the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre, which is just a few miles away, home to the WWII Just Jane Lancaster Bomber. The nearby town of Spilsby is10 minutes’ drive with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 25 minutes away, or why not go inland to the Lincolnshire Wolds, where you can explore the Wolds villages and enjoy refreshment in the countryside pubs? The Georgian market town of Louth is about a 25-minute drive away, and Horncastle, which boasts, many antique shops is only 15 minutes away.

After a day exploring, the village pub is just 10 minutes’ walk away for food and drink. Beach 15½ miles. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant within 1½ miles.
