Situated on a working farm in a beautiful rural environment, Dairy House Farm is a wonderfully unique Grade II listed 17th-century farmhouse, perfect for group gatherings and special occasions. Set out over three floors, each of the six good-sized bedrooms benefit from their own bathrooms, some with beautiful claw foot roll-top baths. Two of the bedrooms have superb four poster beds, and on the second floor two bedrooms share an interlinking door as well as their own private entrance. The property boasts many original and restored features throughout such as beams and exposed stone, and outside there’s ample private parking and a garden complete with private hot tub which offers the most spectacular far reaching countryside views.
Centrally located near to Rudyard Lake in rural Staffordshire Moorlands, just a few miles from the Peak District National Park, you’ll find many local walks and cycle routes. Rudyard Lake itself offers boating and fishing, and is also home to a café, bar and restaurant.
The charming market town of Leek, with its cobbled market place, can be reached in around 10 minutes and provides ample shops, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding area holds many attractions within easy reach such as Britain’s premier theme park Alton Towers, World of Wedgewood or the Emma Bridgewater Factory, all around a 30-minute drive.
