Extra Amenities

Pankhurst is a lovely Victorian end terrace property close to the centre of the Wolds market town of Louth, which benefits from a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk. Easy access to the main road networks means its less than a 30-minute drive to the sandy beaches of the east coast or even the breeding grounds for the seals at Donna Nook.
The traditional seaside resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are both about a 30 minute drive. Inland, explore the villages of the Lincolnshire Wolds (Area of Outstanding natural beauty), visit the cathedral city of Lincoln or have a day out at the nearby racing circuit of Cadwell Park, often referred to as the mini Nurbergring. Cyclists will love the challenging hills of the Wolds or the flatter routes towards the east. There is also very good walking to be found in the local area. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 530 yards.
