Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Bolehill in Derbyshire lies Acacia Cottage, a spacious four bedroom home, perfect as a base for your Peak District holiday. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space to prepare meals, a dining room with ample space to sit around the table together, play games, drink wine and enjoy the evenings catching up. There is also a cosy sitting room with TV and wood burner, plus a conservatory with views over the hills. One of the double bedrooms is on the ground floor. Take the stairs fromthe dining room to the first floor where the master bedroom presents a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower room.

There is a further double bedroom and twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside there is a beautiful garden with lawn, terrace and outdoor furniture, the perfect place to enjoy a summer’s evening or to watch the sun rise with a warm coffee in hand whilst planning your adventurous day ahead.
The cottage is ideally located to explore the natural beauty and cultural treasures of Derbyshire. Lace up your boots and embark on the nearby Monsal Trail, Stanage Edge or Dovedale which all offer breathtaking views.

Rent a bike and explore the Tissington Trail and High Peak, or visit Carsington Water which not only is great for an 8 mile cycle or walk, but also has many water sports and bird watching opportunities. Visit historic buildings such as Haddon Hall and the stately home of Chatsworth House, or amble around the quaint and charming streets of the local towns of Matlock and Bakewell.
