Church View is a delightful semi-detached property situated in the heart of the historic market town of Alnwick. Aptly named, this immaculately presented house sits adjacent to the imposing St Paul’s Church and enjoys lovely views. The living/dining room is on the ground floor and leads to a bright and airy conservatory overlooking the well maintained enclosed garden. The kitchen has been refurbished in 2018 and has many integral appliances and smart granite work surfaces, and is also on the ground floor. All three bedrooms and a family bathroom are on the first floor.
There is also the convenience of en-suite shower facilities to the master bedroom too, and good quality bed linen and towels are supplied.
Church View sits back from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and has the benefit of private parking, yet there is a wide selection of amenities all within a gentle stroll. There is an array of independent shops and a variety of pubs available within walking distance. Golf is also available less than a mile away. Close by is Alnwick Castle, home to the Duke of Northumberland (and film location for Harry Potter’s Hogwarts!) and the spectacular grounds of Alnwick Gardens are popular visitor attractions.
Head west towards the picturesque small town of Rothbury which nestles at the foot of the heather capped Cheviot Hills. Or travel east towards the coastline and explore the stunning 20-mile stretch of Heritage coastline designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. All this makes Church View a great choice for families and friends alike. Beach 3¾ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 300 yards
