Seaham Beach is one of the nearest and most popular spots, with its dog-friendly shoreline, rock pools and attractive promenade, while the wider Seaham area is full of coastal views and seaside charm.

Walkers will also be spoiled for choice, whether you prefer gentle local rambles, coastal paths or bigger adventures into the Durham countryside. County Durham is celebrated for its beautiful landscape, rich heritage and guided walking opportunities, making it ideal for guests who love the outdoors. A stay here also puts you within easy reach of Durham’s historic attractions, beautiful countryside and memorable day trips, giving you the best of both town and coast.
