Living room: With wood burner, 46" HD TV, DVD player, Xbox One with a selection of games, and patio doors leading to patio.
Kitchen/dining room: With cooker, microwave, air fryer, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and TV.
Wet room: With bath and shower (no toilet).
Separate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed and TV.
Bedroom 2: With double bed and single bed.

Rose Cottage is a relaxing, cosy retreat; this well-equipped. detached cottage has a picturesque garden with a hot tub and also has fibre broadband. The cottage is light and airy, with open countryside views; it is situated within in it’s own spacious private garden in the grounds of the owner’s home. The friendly hens provide fresh eggs and wildlife is often seen from the cottage. The local pub and shop can be found approximately 1 mile away in Slaley village.
Rose Cottage is set in beautiful countryside, between the North Pennines, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and Hadrian’s Wall country, both a short drive away.
The area is ideal for walkers and nature lovers. The Northumberland National Park and Kielder Observatory are a comfortable drive from the cottage and the beautiful Northumberland coastline can be reached within an hour - Bamburgh, Alnwick and Holy Island are all well worth a visit.
Hexham and Corbridge are both 3 miles away, where there are lots of individual shops and restaurants, historic attractions including the abbey, Old Gaol and Roman site, as well as lovely riverside walks.
There are many historic and cultural attractions nearby including Beamish Museum. Vibrant Newcastle, less than 30 minutes away, is well worth a visit, particularly the quayside area, which has many cultural attractions, including the spectacular Millennium Bridge, Sage and Baltic, as well as many excellent bars and restaurants
