Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet. . First Floor:

Bathroom: With bath, shower cubicle, toilet and tiled floor.

Oil central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate.

Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 2 small dogs welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: Couples and family bookings only, no hen or stag parties. This property has a security deposit of £150.

Elm Croft has a cosy wood burner for those evenings when you wish to relax and unwind after a day exploring the many visitor attractions throughout the county. Relax in the enclosed rear garden with a gate opening into the small play park behind.
Set within the Gold Tier International Dark Sky National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the largest in Europe, this property is perfect for stargazers and photographers, and is only a mile from the edge of Kielder Water.

Visit Kielder Observatory, (bookings required), for an extra chance to spot the Northern Lights in the winter months. It is a great base for relaxing, for both couples and families and ideal for water enthusiasts and adventure seekers who enjoy cycling, walking, sailing or fishing.

Nearby Leaplish Waterside Park has a hop on/hop off ferry, which takes you all around the water to admire the stunning scenery with a visitor centre, bird of prey centre and bar with outdoor picnic area and also a swimming pool and spa, ideal for a few hours of relaxation. The historic town of Hexham is only 25 miles away and Bellingham has a bank, post office and shops, and is only 9 miles away. Shop 75 yards, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
