Located in The Falls development, this spacious property with large patio which overlooks Stock Ghyll Beck offers the perfect retreat for a waterside break and with just a short walk into Ambleside town centre means you’re never far from the action. Accessed via a stone staircase from the parking area this ground floor apartment which is all on one level features two good sized bedrooms and two contemporary bathrooms and is ideal for couples and families to enjoy a memorable stay.
The entrance porch is an ideal place to keep your walking gear, shoes and boots and this leads to a hall connecting the living areas to the bedrooms.

This property feels very homely from the moment you arrive. The double bedroom has large windows and a stunning en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The twin bedded room has use of the beautiful family bathroom accessed from the main hall with shower over the bath. The living room is open plan with large dining table and plenty of easy seating leading to a well-equipped kitchen. From the living area you have patio doors leading to a large stone terrace with the sound of the water tumbling down the beck adjacent. It provides a soothing background noise and stunning views of the water and the woodland opposite.
Ambleside with an abundance of bars, pubs, restaurants, cinema, tennis, bowls and cycle hire, is a short downhill walk from the cottage.

Lake Windermere is handy for cruises and boat hire, whilst there are many walks to be done from the door in the surrounding hills and valleys. As a gateway to the stunning Langdale Valley, Ambleside is a magnet for visitors seeking a relaxing break or outdoor enthusiasts looking for a challenge. With watersports, walking, climbing and cycling routes nearby there is always plenty to keep you busy and Bobbin Mill Cottage is s great place to start your adventure. Beach 19½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
