Located roughly 5 miles north of Worthing and set within the green and pleasant hills of the South Downs National Park, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, “Manor Cottage” lies in the quaint west Sussex village of Findon.
The village has a popular range of shops, public houses and restaurants to visit and is also convenient for easy access to endless walking and riding via footpaths, bridlepaths and the South Downs Way. Findon isby-passed by the A24 and provides good access to London.

You can spot the horses in action on the gallops. Walk part of the 100-mile South Downs Way with historic woodlands where you can smell the intoxicating scent of the bluebells in the spring. Look out for barn owls, kestrels, roe deer and red kites, and you may even be lucky enough to see hares boxing. Outdoor pursuits of paragliding, hang gliding, golf, zorbing, mountain boarding and water sports areall available nearby.

The coastal town of Worthing, where you can stroll along the promenade on the award-winning art deco pier, is 5 miles away.
