Sea Loft is a contemporary two bedroom apartment that is literally a few paces from its enclosed courtyard to the beach at Angmering-on-Sea. The beach which is all year pet friendly, is the perfect location for windsurfing, kitesurfing and paddle boarding or just sitting relaxing and enjoying the coastal setting. Sea Loft is perfect for a young family with large expanses of sand during lower tides and a coffee and ice cream kiosk open during weekends and school holidays to keep the children happy. The apartment is at the end of a quiet lane just a short walk from the picturesque village of East Preston where there are several local restaurants and pubs all close by. With two bedrooms this ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate between three and four guests. The large living area hascomfortable seating around the TV and a dining area where doors can be opened on to the private courtyard to the front, while the kitchen has everything that you need.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and the second bedroom has a single bed and a pull out trundle bed however the trundle part is only five foot in length and would best suit a child. Both bedrooms have direct access to the private rear courtyard a lovely area to relax following a day on the beach. The family bathroom has a bath with a separate shower over the bath.
This is a wonderful coastal location mid way between Worthing and Littlehampton where a green sward behind the beach forms a major part of the link between the two towns. Stretch your legs eastwards along the beach and join the green sward to the dog friendly café at Ferring for breakfast.

For an award winning designer café which is a must see head west along the green sward towards Littlehampton promenade and the East Beach close to the estuary of the River Arun. Littlehampton is a popular seaside town with amusements for children and much river activity from fishing boats to pleasure craft that are seen heading out to sea. The historic and picturesque town of Arundel is only a short drive away; and with the quaint streets, castle, cathedral and Arundel Wildfowl and Wetland Nature Reserve you will never be lost for a great day out. Should you choose to bring bikes which can be stored in the rear courtyard it is an easy ride to Patching Woods in the South Downs National Park; from there many bridleways lead up to the South Downs Way
