Living room with French doors and step down to sun room. Kitchen/dining room with tiled floor. Double bedroom with 5ft bed. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.

Electricity and full oil central heating included (£30per week, £20 per short break October-March). Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. TV. DVD (small library). CD. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Lawned garden with terrace and furniture. Barbecue. Shared 4-acre woodland. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. NB: Unfenced pond in woodland.

The Coach House stands within its own garden in the owner’s 4-acre grounds, previously included in the National Garden Scheme due to the 100-year-old status of the garden and specialist and rare plants. Guests are welcome to explore the owner’s grounds and field of livestock by arrangement. Explore the Romney Marshes and beaches at Hythe and Dymchurch, 5 miles and Rye as well as a shingle coastline at Dungeness. Port Lympne, 2 miles, has the 400-acre Wild Animal Wilderness, with the largest captive group of black rhinos in the world are held. Canterbury 15 miles. Enjoy a day trip to France via the Channel Tunnel, 8 miles or ferry from Dover, 19 miles. Shop and pub ½ mile.
