Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.

Electric radiator, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Welcome pack. Rear garden with sitting-out area, barbecue and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Families, couples and holiday makers only.

A charming shepherd’s hut set in a quiet secluded part of the owner’s land, ideal for a quiet getaway yet with easy access to London via the M20 (10 miles), close to local stations and all airports.
The hut is set in a private rural location, quiet country lane close to small villages with shops, pubs, post office, doctors and supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and old English pubs. Thisis an ideal central Kent location.

For fun-filled days out, Tenterden is 3 miles away while Ashford is 10 miles away, offering a designer shopping outlet and high speed and international rail links, where you can travel to London or Paris. Alternatively, take the ferry across the channel for the day or why not take a trip to Lakeside and Bluewater about an hour away? The M20 motorway is 10 miles away and offers easyaccess to a range of attractions.


This is an excellent location for country walks and cycle rides throughout the weald, from local footpaths to the well documented Pilgrim’s Way. There is also a bridlepath at the end of the drive. Here you are close to the High Weald, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, as well as many popular golf courses, course fishing locations, local vineyards and hop garden
