The owners, who live next door, have created a sociable open-plan kitchen and living area, with a 50" Smart TV leading to an enclosed garden with beautiful views across the surrounding fields. Enjoy sitting in the garden and watching the various birds, squirrels and other wildlife that can be seen. Here you are just a 5-minute drive from the village of Felpham with local shops andItalian restaurant and just 10 minutes from the town of Bognor Regis, both with an array of pubs, restaurants and shops.

Enjoy the 2. 7-mile promenade from Felpham to Aldwick, along the way why not have an ice cream or some fish and chips. During the summer months you can enjoy the promenade train.
Little Cricket’s is perfectly located to enjoy all that the area has to offer, from the Cathedral city of Chichester with its magnificent 11th-century Cathedral, to it’s mainly pedestrianised city centre providing a very safe and pleasant experience for shopping or taking refreshments in one of the arrays of cafés, bars or restaurants that are on offer. During your stay why not enjoy a show at the Chichester festival theatre, which is renowned for the exceptionally high standards of its productions?
Horse racing at Glorious Goodwood, festival of speed and revival meetings at its historic motor circuit, or simply enjoy the rich countryside of the South Downs National Park.

Alternatively, you could visit the historic market town of Arundel. Situated alongside the river Arun, Arundel offers a variety of attractions with its medieval castle surrounded by beautiful gardens, where you can relax and enjoy their jousting demonstrations, or visit the majestic 19th-century Neo-Gothic cathedral which sits proudly overlooking the town. The town of Arundel has numerous antique and independent shops, cafés and restaurants Stroll along the river Arun, where you can stop for a game of mini golf, visit the wetlands trust and take a genteel, guided boat safari, or hire a boat and row around Swanbourne Lake followed by a delicious afternoon tea or a picnic whilst relaxing on the riverban
