Occasionally France can be glimpsed in the distance. Often the sea is alive with small craft. On the landward side across the cricket ground there are views of the old Cinque Port town of Hythe with the 11th-century Church of St Leonards.
Asian influences and traditional English antiquities add substance and intrigue throughout the house and you can see much of the owners’ attention to detail in providing an atmospheric home for families and others to enjoy.
