Moray Hastings is a self-catering apartment for up to 6-7 (including travel cot) on England’s south coast with direct sea views. Situated in a Georgian Grade II listed building and within close proximity to all of Hastings’ major attractions. A stylish clean and modern set of interiors to this apartment with elegant features such as original fireplace, crystal chandeliers in both main rooms and with lovely french doors opening out onto a balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Let the fresh air and sounds of the sea pour into the living room that is also south facing. The open plan layout is a brilliant attribute and is a great place for entertaining friends and family and the circular dining table for four extends to seat six.
Hastings is full of energy both day and night. Along the promenade you can never get bored, mini golf, the amusement arcades, east and west hill cliffs, the pier and numerous museums are only a handful of things to do. You can also experience a vast selection of pubs and restaurants throughout the Old and New Town, catering to all tastes along the way. If you’re lucky enough to be in the apartment when one of many local events are happening then you’re in for a real treat. The Hastings bonfire and firework display, the carnival and May Day motorbike parade all take part on the beach and road directly opposite. So you can enjoy the best Hastings has to offer and you don’t even have to move from the sofa!
Get lost in the history that 1066 country has to offer, with the Battle of Hastings and the Abbey in which houses one of the largest tapestries in Europe.
Visit the Old Town which still continues to be renowned for its fishing and ports which put Hastings on the map well before the tourism boom in the 19th century. The St Clements caves in the cliffs, which made life easy for smugglers in the 1800’s, can now be discovered and a greater understanding for the town can be appreciated not only for its strategic position but connections to the rest of the country.
