Parking for 4 cars (extra spaces available on request with the owners). Home Farm is located in the quiet hamlet of Sandway, near the pretty medieval village of Lenham and a short drive to Canterbury, Maidstone and Ashford. It is a fabulous, large family home and ideal for multi-generational family groups and get-togethers.
On arrival you will be spoilt for choice! Kick off your shoes and head for the music room, or the cinema room. Or take a book and relax in the cosy sitting room, or on one of the romantic four poster beds.

For the more energetic there are many nearby footpaths on the Pilgrims Way and lesser known but equally lovely Greensand Way. Opposite the farmhouse, and great for dogs and nature lovers, are 50 acres of heath and parkland to explore. The area is also great for cyclists, and guests can hire mountain bikes from the owners, or store their own bikes.
The farmhouse has five bedrooms: three large kingsize rooms, and interconnecting twin and single rooms on the second floor, ideal for children.
Downstairs the sitting room and dining room have wood burners and a fabulous music room, and the real treat lies in the lower ground floor where you will find the cinema with an 80 inch projection screen. Also, a games room with a pool table, darts and TV to add to the fun.
