Extra Amenities
Downs View is a spacious family friendly holiday home just three minutes’ walk from Yaverland’s beach.
The house is recently built, and is conveniently laid out and furnished in a modern style, decorated with family living in mind. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area, so if it’s your turn to cook you won’t miss out on all the fun! From the dining area, patio doors lead outside, where there’s a table and chairs for those warmer evenings.
You’ll find one of the three bedrooms on the ground floor (bagsy this one for the super king-size bed!) and two further bedrooms upstairs. There’ll be no fighting over the bathroom either, with a family bathroom upstairs, and a shower room on the ground floor.
Outside, the enclosed back garden provides plenty of space for the kids to let off steam after a day at the beach whilst you unwind with a glass of wine.
At the front of the house, the driveway has space for three cars.
The zoo, Dinosaur Isle, the pier, esplanade and a plethora of beachside cafés overlooking the golden sandy beaches are all within walking distance, making this the perfect spot for an adventure packed family getaway.
Need a hand deciding - village cottage or cottage by the sea? South of England is very accessible by road and rail. You will find cottages with dogs allowed in Tunbridge Wells, Berkshire or Hampshire - some have Easter breaks.
