Coastguard Cottage is in a unique location on the coast of Swalecliffe near Whitstable. Boasting sea views from each room, the property has bi-fold doors opening onto decking where guests can enjoy sitting on the decking and overlooking the Thames Estuary. Decorated and furnished to a very good standard, this three-bedroom terraced property is the perfect location for any family, group of friends or couples to enjoy a seaside holiday. The nearby holiday park offers evening entertainment and local facilities. A large expanse of lawn to the front of the property enables guests to walk their four-legged friends close to the property and take in the fantastic views along the coast.

The high-spec bathroom includes rare brass bath and copper sink, and the open-plan living room and kitchen boast a great area in which to entertain guests, leading to a private decking area with enclosed lawned garden. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor with the third bedroom accessed via the first floor bedroom to the second floor.

Nearby attractions include the seaside town of Whitstable, famous for its yearly Oyster Festival and sea food restaurants. The famous city of Canterbury is a short drive, where guests can experience the history and culture of this beautiful city, shop on the cobbled high street and enjoy evenings in the many restaurants and bars on offer.

For a trip further afield, guests can take a ferry from Dover to the port of Calais in France, enjoy lunch in the city or take time for sightseeing. The local animal reserve of Howletts, known for contributing to the conservation of endangered wildlife, offers the opportunity to see lions, tigers, monkeys and much more.
