Instow is an unspoilt, seaside village with large stretches of sandy beaches and dunes, fishermen’s cottages, shops, pubs and restaurants specialising in locally caught seafood. Bideford with its historic port and lively market as well as the Lundy Island ferry is 2 miles. The area is a must for water sports, sailing enthusiasts and fishermen, walkers and cyclists can enjoy the famous Tarka Trail. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
