In the peaceful village of St Teath, this bright North Cornwall studio retreat is a cosy choice for couples. It places you within easy reach of Port Isaac, Polzeath, Tintagel and Padstow, making it a practical base for coast, countryside and characterful fishing villages. The setting is quiet and welcoming, with local places to eat and drink within walking distance, so you can enjoy an evening out without travelling far. It is a gentle, low-key setting for guests who want to dip in and out of North Cornwall’s highlights.
Inside, the open-plan space is arrangedfor easy, restful stays, with a king-size bed, comfortable sitting area and patio doors leading out to a private courtyard.

Coastal-inspired touches give the room a relaxed feel, and the compact kitchenette is suitable for light meals, snacks and hot drinks, with a small undercounter fridge, plus a kettle and coffee machine. Please note that there is no full kitchen. A modern shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC completes the accommodation, keeping everything close at hand for a simple couples’ break. The studio format is best suited to guests who plan to enjoy easy breakfasts, relaxed evenings and plenty of time out exploring.


Outside, the courtyard gives you your own little spot for a morning coffee or an evening drink after a day exploring. Private parking directly outside makes arrivals and day trips straightforward. Trebarwith Strand and Polzeath are ideal for beach time, surfing and coastal walks, while Port Isaac provides narrow lanes, harbour views and independent shops.
