Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Decking with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Bream, carp and rudd fishing on-site (free of charge, licence required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced lake 100 yards away.
