Great for swimming, surfing and paddle boarding, why not take lessons whilst you are here? There are fantastic coast paths to follow from here and is very popular with walkers. Kynance is on National Trust land, a trek to get to but well worth the effort, though it is tidal so check this before you go! It has been described as one of the most beautiful stretches of the Southwest.

Not far away from the property is Mullion Cove a small harbour next to the historic lifeboat station well worth a visit. Mullion is a small village with a selection of shops. If the weather is bad why not pop to Mullion Meadows? You would have passed this on the main road just before turning into the property. There is a chocolate factory and craft centre with free admission, great for buying souvenirs and of course chocolate made on site. If it is your first time to Cornwall, you must visit the most southerly point of the UK The Lizard just under 3 miles away. Why not wander down to the small stony beach then pop into one of the cafes for refreshment. On the way back stop at the village here you will find plenty of places to buy gifts, lovely pubs and good ice-cream and pasties. If you prefer to visit gardens then you will be spoilt.
