The House has been recently updated to create a cosy and relaxing space for you to enjoy. With open plan living downstairs and a courtyard area with seating to the rear of the property you can relax and enjoy this wonderful home from home. The convenient location of Gwynn House means you can easily reach both the north and south coasts of Cornwall.
The village is home to a convenience shop, for everyday essentials and a pharmacy. The neighbouring village has a fish & chip shop & local butchers. The town of Camborne is close by where you’ll find a choice of supermarkets, local shops, takeaways, Pubs, and eating establishments. Keen walkers won’t need to venture far, you will find excellent walks on the doorstep, you can stroll through Pendarves Nature Reserve or take a walk to Carwynnen Quiot, a rare group of Neolithic monuments.


The Great Flat Lode mining trail which is also a cycle trail can be joined nearby and offers some stunning views of both coastlines as well as being home to a multitude of old mining Engine houses. If it’s coastal scenery you’re after, you can pick up the South-West coast path at any point around the Cornish coastline, it offers breath-taking scenery, from rugged coves like Godrevy point with its resident seal colony, to quaint seaside villages and harbours dotted along the dramatic coastline.
There are also several excellent cycle trails including the coast-to-coast trail from Portreath to Devoran as well as the well-known Camel Trail which runs from Padstow to Wadebridge and on to Bodmin.

You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, with the north coast surfing beaches of Portreath, Porthtowan and Perranporth as well as the stunning 3-mile stretch of golden sands running from Godrevy and Gwithian to Hayle all just a short drive away.
Take a train from Camborne to St Ives to relax on one of the many beaches there, stroll through the cobbled streets of St Ives, with its boutique shops, and an array of stylish cafés, bars and restaurants
