Pengerein has some of the best views in the old fishing village of Portscatho and is conveniently situated next to the South West Coast Path about 4 minutes walk from the village square and about 10 minutes from Portcurnick beach and the Hidden Hut. Portscatho has a good range of facilities including post office, butchers, convenience store with bakery attached, pub, restaurant and art gallery. Porthcurnick with its popular sandy beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.


Steps lead down from the parking space to the front door. A small hall leads to the kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave. The dining table and chairs seats four persons easily. The living room has super sea views across Gerrans Bay to Gull Rock, Nare Head and Dodman Point and almost to Plymouth on a clear day. Ithas comfortable furniture, Smart LG TV, DVD and music centre make for a relaxing room along with some jigsaws and games in the property.

On the first floor are the two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bath and toilet and lovely sea views, the other twin with en-suite shower and toilet. Outside is a patio with garden furniture, barbecue and views of Gerrans Bay and over Portscatho’s harbour. making this a great place to unwin
