Also on the lower level is a sizeable utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the balcony and en-suite bathroom. This room has gorgeous water views across the Percuil river to the St Anthony peninsula, there is also a large twin room with further lovely water views and finally a family bathroom with shower over bath.
