Restored and adjoining an ancient stone pub, this traditional single-storey stone cottage (including restored forge) has outstanding views of the historic Corfe Castle and wonderful open countryside of the Purbecks from its flagged courtyard. Nearby is Wareham with quayside, and Swanage (5 miles) offers swimming, sailing, many shops, pubs and restaurants and a steam railway. There is easy access to walks along the Purbeck coast. Blue Flag beach of Studland, 9 miles. Arne RSPB nature reserve, 6 miles.
