Below Deck is a spacious one-bedroom apartment located on the lower ground floor of the owner’s home. Based in a quiet residential part of Torquay, although conveniently just a 10-minute walk into town or an 18-minute walk to the beach, marina and the English Riviera’s coastline.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and the galley kitchen is well equipped with quality kitchenware and appliances. The large living room is the perfect space to read a book in front of the cosy glows of the wood burner or enjoy a film on the Smart TV. There’s also a handy study area in case you should need to get any urgent emails done whilst away. There is a pretty enclosedpatio area at the front entrance secured by a gate with outdoor seating; the perfect spot to enjoy a refreshing glass of something after a busy day exploring Torbay.

As the evening draws to a close, discover the stylish super kingsized bedroom which leads off the living room, and there’s an adjacent shower room with luxurious floor to ceiling tiles and contemporary fittings.
This beautiful holiday home is just a short walk to the town centre and seafront, where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and independent cafés serving excellent coffee and fresh local fare. Many attractions are nearby, including Kent’s Cavern, Babbacombe Model Village, Bygones and Torquay Museum.

View the coast from a different perspective by enjoying a scenic ferry crossing to the neighbouring towns of Paignton and Brixham, or by taking a fishing trip. For those who like to keep their feet on firm ground, the South West Coast Path with its fantastic scenery is within walking distance.
