As you enter Suzie’s Pad, a useful porch area presents itself, which is ideal for hanging up coats and keeping those sandy shoes after a long day at the beach. The main downstairs living room with a Smart TV is open plan with the dining area, whilst the separate kitchen is fully equipped and benefits from a breakfast bar. A door leads from the kitchen to the rear decked courtyard garden, with sensor light, outside tap and a large outdoor table, chairs and parasol. Through the back gate is the allocated parking space. Upstairs on the first floor are both bathrooms; a shower room and a bathroom with bath and shower attachment. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor and comprise two double and one twin. Suzie’s Pad is situated within a 10-minute walk of Torquay seafront and is also ideally situated for access to Torquay train station, just a ¾-mile walk away. The rest of the English Riviera is great to explore from here as well as the nearby city of Exeter, Dartmouth and much, much more. Beach ¾ mile.
