Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Electric car charging point, by prior arrangement iwth the owner. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.

Also on the ground floor is a sleek, contemporary shower room with a heated towel rail for added comfort. Upstairs, the charming bedroom area offers a comfortable double bed and exposed beams under vaulted ceilings.
