We love the location with easy access to golden beaches, the Yorkshire Wolds and Nature Reserves. Ideal for walker, cyclists and nature lovers. And a hot tub to enjoy on an evening too!. All on the ground floor.

The country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, and washing machine, while the vaulted ceilings throughout add to the sense of space and light.

Nestled within a well-maintained park, guests can take advantage of the dedicated dog-walking area, well-stocked fishing lakes (available at an additional cost), and an on-site tearoom serving homemade cakes and delicious lunches.
Just three miles away, Withernsea’s sandy beaches are perfect for a seaside stroll, while the town offers bars, restaurants, and classic amusements. Nature lovers will enjoy Spurn Point Nature Reserve, home to seals and a variety of bird species, while history enthusiasts can explore the grand Burton Constable Hall.

Golfers have multiple courses within an hour’s drive, and those seeking culture and nightlife can head to Hull, just 30 minutes away, for shopping, theatres, and The Deep Aquarium. Further afield, Beverley Racecourse, the Yorkshire Wolds, and Hornsea Mere offer even more adventure.
