Conveniently located at Greta Bridge, Archers Barn is just a 5-mile drive to the beautiful market town of Barnard Castle or 10 miles into Richmond, head west to the Lake District National Park or further north to the Cathedral City of Durham and the beautiful coast of Northumberland.
Archers Barn has been recently completed in 2022. The property is finished to an excellent standard with lovely furnishings and accessories throughout. Outside, there is garden furniture, where you can sit, relax and enjoy views of the countryside.
Step inside and the design is contemporary, the living space is open plan, with a stylish, dark blueshaker-style kitchen with oak worktops.

The space is light, airy and inviting, with large arched windows and patio doors bringing the outside in. The dining and living areas face out onto the courtyard, and a large L-shaped sofa is perfect to snuggle up on to watch your favourite movie. On the ground floor is a handy toilet and shower room. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobes and dressing table, bedroom two has a double bed, and on the second floor, bedroom three is a twin room tucked away in a lovely loft-style bedroom with vaulted ceilings and Velux windows. There is a separate bathroom on the first floor with a large bath and shower over, and attractive floor tiles.

Out and about there is an abundance of things to do, with walking routes straight from the door and cycle tracks too. There are lots of dining options within the local area. Visit the market town of Richmond, explore the cobbled streets, visit galleries and shops, cafés and restaurants. Nearby, the pretty town of Barnard Castle with its castle ruins, riverside walks and Bowes Museum is worth a visit too. The streets are lined with a wide array of independent shops, galleries and tea shops, and a good selection of pubs and restaurants can be found here too.
