You are between the popular seaside towns of Whitby and Scarborough, away from the bustling crowds in a relatively undiscovered destination. Up on the first floor you have six bedrooms, four doubles, a single and a family room which has both a double and a single. Then up on the second floor you have a twin bed room under the eaves. A haven for walkers from here you can join the Cleveland way as well as the Cinder Track from the cliff top, which takes you through some incredibly scenic villages and bays. You will be delighted by the variety of scenery that you will encounter, from the golden sands of some of Britain’s finest beaches along with towering cliffs and roaring waves. Get the English seaside experience by visiting the coastal towns of Whitby and Robin Hoods’ Bay or roam the miles of ancient forests, the infinity of pink and purple heather stretching as far as the eye can see over the hills and through the valleys and dales, the rugged coastline with the vast blue sea below and the wheeling seagulls above.

Whitby is just a 25-minute drive away, this seafaring coastal town has so much history. It has winding cobbled roads and hidden yards, boats bobbing along the harbour, a long stretch of beach stretching to the aptly named Sandsend all overlooked by the iconic Abbey.
