This gorgeous two-bedroom detached house is located in a quiet residential cobbled street accessed through a small private courtyard area and then through the building entrance. Through the main entrance door from the private courtyard the property opens up into a wonderfully modern open plan living/dining/kitchen room with French doors leading to the private parking bay. There is a large sumptuously soft designer velvet sofa, a super-comfortable chair, and a bespoke dining table with seating for four. There is also a Smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos smart music system.
The fully equipped designer kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar from the living/dining area and has dishwasher and washer/dryer.
