Adjoining the owner’s home with its fully enclosed pretty garden, it is set in the village of Cantley just 3 miles from the riverside inns in the village of Reedham, where boats can be hired and visitors can enjoy a spot of fishing, or simply watch the waterborne world go by. Cyclists and walkers will love to explore the many surrounding quiet country lanes and nearby Breydon Water is a paradise for bird watchers. Acle, a delightful market town, is 5 miles away and Winterton’s glorious beach, with its 6-mile walk offers seal watching. Cromer for its famous seafood and Wroxham (the capital of the Broads) are all a short drive. Catch the train from the nearby station or drive to the medieval city of Norwich, with its fine shopping, cathedral and castle. Golf, fishing and RSPB reserves are within easy reach. Shop 3 miles pub serving food ½ mile.
