All properties: Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Laundry room with washing machine (shared with other properties on-site). No smoking. Please note: There is direct access to the lakeside (maximum depth 8ft).

Lovely birds and wildlife. Only 2½ miles from Stalham, on the Northern Broads, these adjoining holiday cottages (refs 13245, 18853, 26422 and 29243) enjoy a rural and peaceful setting overlooking a lake. Ideal for birdwatching, walking on Weavers Way, or passing the time with your own barbecue - the cottages have south-facing patio areas facing the lake. Explore the Norfolk Broads with many popular towns and villages within a short drive. Wroxham, with its shops, restaurants and terraced water front bars is only 10 minutes’ drive. Motor launches are available for hire in Stalham or Wroxham. Norwich, 18 miles. Sandy, uncrowded beaches can be found within 2½ miles; Sea Palling and Mundesley are easily accessible. Cromer and the rest of the North Norfolk Coast can be explored. All cottages are furnished to a very good and are constructed to very good specifications. Shop 2½ miles and pub serving food ½ mile.
